Madeline Moline, daughter of Conrad and Sara Moline, is a sophomore who has been a Varsity starter for the Wildcats since her freshman year. I email

Madeline my questions as she is one busy young lady. Madeline recently the recipient of a one-of-a-kind beautiful Star Quilt from Shakira Beston, a Frazer Bearcub, at the 3C District Tournament. This is quite an honor. Madeline said she just met Shakira this season, so she said she was very surprised. Madeline explained that the player can choose to show appreciation and respect. Each team member can give out as many quilts as they'd like. Normally 1 or 2 are presented. I took the opportunity to aske Madeline some questions of course she refers an orange over an apple. When she is done with High School, she wants to do something in agriculture. We all know Madeline is also a volleyball starter, so I had to ask which sport she prefers, "Definitely Basketball". Madeline works for her dad and mom in the summer months, on the farm, and to the gym in the evenings. She also does travel team tournaments s on the weekends. If she could talk to any one dead or alive, she said Paige Bueckers and Caitlin Clark (both of whom are star woman basketball players). I asked Madeline what position she played as watching her play she could easily be point guard with her ball handling but being 5'10 she is more useful in the key as a post or forward. Madeline wants the readers to know that "when things get hard, work ever harder. No excuses." Madeline is a well-rounded player who is only going to improve and grow. I for one am excited to see what the future holds Madeline. Congratulations to Madeline a well deserved recognition.
