Ranchers are gearing up for calving season which for many, is just around the corner. Some producers calve earlier than others, and hopefully the weather will cooperate and those newborns will have warmer temperatures welcoming them when they hit the ground. Warmer temps are predicted and it would be nice if some of these icy patches will disappear. No one wants to slip, fall and be stoved up when there's work to be done.
