The regular meeting of the Circle Chamber of Commerce & Agriculture was held on Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at the Circle Sr. Center Card Room with 10 people present.
Town and Country Appreciation Day comments;
We need someone to take plates apart because we had more plates than meat items and ran out of plates, but not meat.
Next year we will move the BBQ start time to 5:30 PM, hoping to gather more folks from the sporting event and bump and run.
Extend bingo a little longer possibly.
Change up the kiddie parade to get more kids involved & promote a theme more.
Corn Hole tournament maybe...
