Della Van Horn, recently retired after 34 years with the Circle School system. Della has seen many changes in the school system from having the first internet connection in the school system to enrollment causing school classification changing and technology. (from class "B" to class "C"). Della grew up in Circle her maiden name Heide. Della worked with my grandmother, Gloria Larson, in the Clerk and Recorders office which we laughed about how office politics' have changed.
