I know the movie, The Sound of Freedom, has been shown in Circle, and I, myself, just saw it recently, so I wanted to talk more about it. That movie touched my soul. I went straight to the Bible to try to understand why these horrible things can happen. The answer, in a nutshell, is we live in a fallen world. God gave us free will and some use it for evil.
