EXCHANGE VOWS Wedding vows were exchanged Saturday, June 30,in the First Lutheran Church in Circle by Linda Sept, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herb Sept, and Leslie A. Kassner, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Kassner of Circle. Rev. Vernon Hunt of Circle officiated at the double ring evening cere-mony.
