Jesus gave us a good model for prayer in Psalm 25. What motivates us to talk to God? All throughout God's Bible we are commanded to pray. Jesus considered prayer so important that He regularly left the crowds to seek time alone with His Father (Mark 1:35, Luke 5:16). This is a reason for us to have a busy prayer life with God the Father.
