Patti Soares, was awarded Service to Agriculture Award, Presented at the Chamber of Commerce Ag Appreciation banquet. Patti (Berger) Soares was raised in Circle the 5th child of 7siblings. Patti left for College after High School then returned to Circle after College and worked at the FSA office, she later transferred to Columbus and ultimately to a statewide level when she moved to the Gallatin Valley to work at the FSA state office in Bozeman.
