At the hour of 10:00 a.m., the Board of Commissioners of McCone County, Montana, met in regular session with Jim Moos, Alan Stempel, and Ty Taylor present. Presiding Officer Jim Moos called the meeting to order. The pledge of allegiance was recited. The agenda was approved.

The December 19, 2022 minutes were approved as read.

There were no Committee Reports

Sherry Kluth, Clerk and Recorder, and John Hrubes, County Attorney met with the Board to discuss personnel issues.

The Board tabled the call with the Conservation District.

The Board attended the Retirement Lunch for Sheriff Lonny Jensen at noon.

The meeting was opened to public participation at 1:00 p.m.

The Board attended the Retirement Ceremony for Commissioner Jim Moos.

Kandi Holland, Senior Center Administrator, met with the Board to discuss transportation, and Senior Center issues.

The Board approved the use of overtime for the road crews for December 23, 24, and 26 as needed.

Correspondence occupied the Board the remainder of the day.

The meeting adjourned at 4:00 p.m.
