Wanda, a life-long resident of Circle has always enjoyed "concessions". She has worked the PRCA Rodeo concession where she stated they fed 900+ hungry cowpokes. Getting off to a bit of a shaky start we managed to partner with a great family run hatchery based out of North Dakota.
